We are excited to welcome you to this beautiful event hosted on the historic footsteps of the State Capitol (west side of the building). To access this event, you must enter via the left outside area on the outside of the capitol building. This evening’s event is being generously sponsored by HelpNM.
This luncheon will be held within the rotunda and will be for elected and appointed leaders. You will be given a credential upon check in for this event. The event is being generously sponsored by Strategy 360.
Due to projected dangerous smoke on the evening of Friday, May 13 from the wildfires burning in northern NM, we have cancelled this outdoor social engagement and combined it with Thursday’s evening reception.
We have a total of 24 booth spaces that are available for the two days. 12 on the rotunda west side floor area and 12 more on the third floor next to the railing. Please email Isaac (isaac@goodvibesike.com), so he can reserve a space for you. A few state agencies have taken a few of these spots, but we will be able to get you on the outside of the capitol if we run out for the receptions and registration time period. Tables / chairs will be provided. Pop up tents will only be allowed outside of the Capitol building.
The NM State Capitol does not require proof of vaccine or a mask while inside the capitol facility. You are free to wear a mask if you feel the need to do so. You will be required to pass through a metal detector and bag check at any entry point of the capitol building.
In order to create a strong and bipartisan rural voice and present thoughtful solutions, we are asking everyone to please forego any partisan ideologies over these two days. There will be ample time in the future to discuss and debate politics and partisan divides in other forums. We really want everyone to bring clear solutions, engagement and dialogue to the summit.
